Kork Wine & Deli is a neighbourhood Wine Bar and Deli rooted in quality, seasonality, and simple hospitality. Our menu brings together ingredient-led plates inspired by Europe’s great food cultures and the North East’s spectacular bounty. We have some of the best fish, meat and veg available in the UK and we take advantage of this as often as we can
We work closely with passionate producers and importers to offer a constantly evolving selection of wines — from timeless classics to exciting low-intervention bottles — alongside carefully sourced deli produce to enjoy in-house or at home.
Relaxed, intimate, and quietly ambitious, Kork is a place to discover something new, share a bottle, and stay longer than planned.
We are 100% Dog friendly so feel free to bring them with you. As long as your both well behaved!!

Our Story

We are an independent local natural wine shop and deli in Whitley Bay (8 miles from Newcastle upon Tyne on the beautiful North East coast), specialising in natural wines, beers, fine deli meats and cheeses. We source many of the products locally.
After a trip to Bar Brutal in Barcelona we fell in love with ‘natural’ wine travelling to as many places as we could to find it. From our passion for this wine and the lack of availability in the area we decided to jump in and open our own wine shop. We wanted to share our love for wine with you. The wines we sell may be different to anything you have tasted before.
Delivery and Shipping
Shipping through our online store is currently restricted to valid UK postcodes only.
We offer FREE shop collection. We aim for delivery within 48 hours across the North East (maybe subject to change). Standard shipping across the UK (3-5 days). Shipping and delivery options can be selected at checkout.
VAT is included in all prices displayed on this website.
