KORK Wine and Deli is the trading name of KORK Wine and Deli Ltd, a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 12498367. Our shop is located at 74 Whitley Road, Whitley Bay, Tyne & Wear, NE26 2NE and we can be contacted by emailing shawn@korkwineanddeli.com.

KORK Wine and Deli operates www.korkwneanddeli.com and www.korkwineanddeli.co.uk (“the website” and “online shop”). By using our website and online shop you indicate that you have accepted our terms of service and agree to abide by them. KORK Wine and Deli reserves the right to make changes to the website or this disclaimer at any time. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Age Restrictions

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to persons under 18 years of age in the UK. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and you may be required to show valid photographic ID when you collect your order or when your order is delivered to you. If you are unable to show an acceptable form of ID on collection or delivery you will not be permitted to collect/ take the order. Please note - If alcohol has been purchased, the person who placed the order must also be the person to collect/ take the order.

Purchases

All purchases made via the online shop are for collection or delivery service when offered. All collection orders must be collected from the shop located at 74 Whitley Road, Whitley Bay, Tyne & Wear, NE26 2NE.

In order to collect any purchases please bring the order number and payment card used to make the purchase. For delivery services please have the order number and payment card used to make the purchase at hand. Purchases will be held for 14 days after the order is received. If the product is not collected after 14 days, the value of the product will be refunded to the purchase card and the product will be made available for resale.
All items remain the property of KORK Wine and Deli until payment has been received in full and the product has been collected or delivered.

If a product is only available on a limited number per customer basis, this is the total number available to each customer in store and online. If a customer is found to have made multiple purchases to exceed this limit, the value of the item(s) purchased will be refunded and the product made available for resale.

REservations

We are an independent restaurant and rely on reservations being honoured. We kindly ask that should you need to make any amendments to your reservation that you do so as soon as possible. You can contact us on 07929 423 918 and we will be happy to help.

Please do make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party and we will be happy to accommodate.

For reservations of 6 or more diners, weekend reservations and special events, we require card details to secure your booking. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe.

We will attempt to contact you a day or two prior to your reservation via telephone or email to confirm your booking, we are unable to hold unconfirmed bookings.

We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted.

By making a reservation at KORK Wine and Deli you agree to our reservation cancellation terms. We look forward to welcoming you to KORK.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted to the shop within 14 days of purchase providing they are returned in their original packaging and condition. Providing the customer has returned the item to the shop (74 Whitley Road, Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear, Ne26 2NE) in its original condition and within 14 days of purchase, a full refund for the returned item will be provided minus any discounts. KORK Wine and Deli cannot be held responsible for any damages once the item is in possession of the customer.
